The first quilt top continues the idea of the previous 2 and both use some solid fabric blocks to break up the pattern formed by the rail fence blocks. This quilt takes a little study to realize that it is actually a rail fence quilt!
The 2nd quilt is a bold one in the traditional rail fence layout, but by using bold fabric and colors it has a very untraditional look.
All the quilts in this series of samples were done with a straight set. Putting the Rail Fence blocks on point gives an equally wide range of looks, too!
